Hourly Comic Day is held every year on February 1st- participants draw one short comic for every hour that they are awake.
I had a grant proposal due the next day, so I opted to draw at a very low resolution- 550 x 500 px – so I couldn’t get distracted by detail. 2014 was the first year that I completed a full comic for every waking hour.
